Ames'® Super Primer™ is a unique, elastomeric plastic sealant, primer and adhesive for concrete, tile, rubber, wood, metal, and many hard-to-stick surfaces. It penetrates deeply into the surface to actually bind together the molecules of the surface it is being applied to. Rotting and deteriorating surfaces can be restored to a somewhat new condition and often the surface life can be extended for one or more years of usefulness. Super Primer™ adhesive sealant strengthens and helps preserve surfaces from mildew and moss formation, and stops concrete efflorescence. With up to 100 to 300% elasticity, Super Primer™ is able to move with the surface as it expands and contracts. Super Primer™ is highly resistant to cracking and peeling. It is easy to apply, simply roll, brush, or spray it on. Super Primer™ is pearlescent white in liquid form, and dries to a clear finish. Super Primer™ dries rapidly to a slight tack in 10 - 20 minutes at 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and even faster with sun contact.

Ames'® Vapor-Barrier™

Vapor-Barrier™ is a premium waterborne liquid rubber coating for waterproofing walls. It is for interior and exterior walls, both above and below grade and it stops leaks fast! It is heavy duty yet easily applied by brush, roller or sprayer, and it dries to form a waterproof seal to keep water and moisture out. Our subterranean application system will withstand up to 100 P.S.I. water pressure. This product is elastomeric sealant and block filler that expands and contracts 750 - 1200%. It is highly resistant to cracking and peeling, remains flexible at -35°F and is mildew resistant. Vapor-Barrier™ is also very easy to clean up with water. Ames'® Vapor-Barrier™ is ideal for: tar coated walls, brick or block walls, interior and exterior basement walls, insulated concrete forms, pre-treated plywood, sheet metal, plastic, pre-cast concrete; stucco; sheetrock; wood and drywall. Excellent for potable water applications, this product contains no toxic substances after curing. Ames'® Vapor-Barrier™ waterproofing paint is a lasting investment for your project. Developed for cold and wet weather. Formulated to resist fungus, mold and mildew. This product is potable water compliant.
